Row 7, 9: P1, K1, P1, K1, P1, knit to the last 5 sts, P1, K1, P1, K1, P1
Rows 10, 11, 12, 13: repeat Rows 1 - 5
Row 14, 15, 16, 17: First 5 and last 5 stitches follow the established pattern,
depending on the number of stitches you have, the middle 5 stitches K1, P1, K1, P1, K1, All stitches after the first 5 and 5 middle stitches are worked in stockinet stitch.

Row 15: P1, K1, P1, K1, P1
Row 16: as row 14
Row 17: as row 15
Rows 18, 20, as row 6 and 8
