Row 3 : Rep Row 1.

Row 4: Rep Row 2.

Row 5: P4, *cross 2 left, cross 2 right, P4; rep from * to end.

Row 6: K4, *P4, K4; rep from * to end.

Repeat these 6 rows.

Abbreviations:

Cross 2 left:

Slip the next stitch onto a cable needle and

hold at the front of your work, knit the next

stitch from the left-hand needle; then knit the stitch from the cable needle.

Cross 2 right:

Slip the next stitch onto a cable needle and hold at the back of your work, knit the next stitch from the left-hand needle; then knit the stitch from the cable needle.
