Beanie for William

Cindy, my friend and former colleague's little grandson, William, is incredibly adorable.  This little guy is just too cute for words. I just received a photo of him wearing a beanie I had crocheted with a knitted rim. 

Seeing him all bundled up in the beanie was heartwarming. His little chubby cheeks and big bright eyes make you want to squeeze him with love. And seeing him in something I made for him added to the warm fuzzies.

I've always loved knitting, and making things for my friends and their families brings me so much joy. But seeing William in that beanie was just the cherry on top. Moments like these make all the time and effort put into crafting worth it.
