As I stroll down memory lane through a treasure trove of old pictures, a wave of great memories sweeps over me, transporting me back to the lively knit get-togethers of yesteryear. Ah, the memories! I can almost hear the soft clinking of knitting needles and the joyous chatter of friends catching up. Whether it was the cozy corners of KnitWitz—oh, how I miss that charming yarn store in San Dimas, or the sweet gatherings at the Corner Bakery Caffee in Glendora, where the aroma of fresh pastries mixed with yarn fibers, each spot had its own unique magic. Then there was The Purl Side (another beloved haunt), nestled in Glendora, where every stitch felt like a little piece of home. And let’s not forget my very own yarn haven, All About Yarn, in Azusa! Even though it closed its doors in 2015, the laughter and creativity we shared there are still in my heart, like the colorful yarns we used. Each place was a stitch in the fabric of my knitting journey, and I can't help but smile as I relive these wonderful past yesteryear moments!
